I think I am most interested in management and instructional technology. The position of manager is a pretty broad category. Managers exist in retail, business, fast food- most everything has some sort of manager or leadership. A good manager can help being a driving force behind good business practices and overall performance. I have a lot of leadership experience and management skills are a subset of leadership. Instructional technology has developers who determine ways of conveying ideas and concepts over digital media. This interests me because it gives me another option to teach and convey important information within formats of my choosing.

Traits that would assist in becoming a good manager:

• Attention to Detail - to run the operation or contact a client; attention to detail is very important. Lack of attention to detail can loose business
• Systems Knowledge - as good manager knows the specific systems a company runs. To train others and operate individually, you need to know your system.
• Abilty to Communicate Clearly - this is a must for a sucessful manager. Unclear communication can result in inefficent work which means higher overall cost
